I attended initially for a gender reveal scan which far surpassed the ex... read more I've had a handful of experiences at 3D BabyVision Windsor, and cannot recommend this place enough! I attended initially for a gender reveal scan which far surpassed the expected time frame (10-15 mins) as baby wouldn't cooperate, but the staff were reassuring and determined to get me the results the same day and were successful. We attended another appointment for a 3D picture/video session at 26 weeks at which we ran into more issues with baby cooperating - staff were again determined to get me the pictures and experience that we paid for and took their time in doing so. I never felt rushed and was met with reassurance when feeling discouraged with the process. After multiple follow up appointments we were finally successful and had a great session. They are very focused on customer satisfaction and giving you the best possible experience. Hours of business are extremely flexible and accommodating. The environment is clean and welcoming and accommodating for the whole family. Would highly recommend this business for your 3D ultrasound needs! show less
